Advertising you property on RentBahamas is easy and begins with you signing up and activating your account.
Next, simply click the ‘List your Property’ button at the top right of your screen as seen below.
Now complete the property submission form. The red asterisk indicates required fields.
If you wish to list multiple properties, click ‘+Add Another Property’.
Listing just one property? Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
At the checkout page you can choose to have your property featured on the home page. Also at checkout you can enter any coupon codes you have to receive a discount on your listing.
All done? Simply select ‘Pay Now’. This will prompt you to enter your credit card details for payment.
Selecting ‘Save and Pay Later’ will save all your property details along with any uploaded photos or video in the ‘My Properties’ section of your account.

Click the ‘Forgot password?’ link in the sign in window as shown below.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click ‘Get New Password’ as seen below.
An email will be sent to the address given to reset your password.
Any request to cancel an advertisement or listing presented to us must be accompanied by a receipt of payment and presented within 24 hours in order to receive a complete refund. Any request received without a receipt of payment will not be refunded. Any request received after 24 hours will not be refunded.
If you need to change any of your property details, follow these simple steps:
Go to your user Dashboard > My Properties > Select the property in question > Edit > Make and save desired changes
