Completed in July of 1998, this secluded and tranquil fully tiled 2600 square foot Mediterranean style villa is located on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. The villa has two master suites, great room, kitchen, breezeway, loggia and patio with ceiling fans throughout.
With its winning architectural design, relaxing tropical breezes can be felt in each of its spacious rooms. Rattan furniture complements the
island atmosphere.
 The
kitchen boasts top of the line appliances including a glass top gas stove,
separate oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator with water and ice in
the door, corian countertops, dishwasher, a water filtration system on both the sink and refrigerator and island with a wet bar. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer and tub.
The air conditioned master suite at one end is separated from the main house by the saltilo tiled screened tropical breezeway and has a private terrace. At the opposite end of the villa is another air conditioned master suite that opens directly on to the loggia.
The expansive octagonal shaped great room has 20 ft. ceilings and opens onto the 600 sq. ft. saltilo tiled loggia which wraps around the front of the villa. Other amenities include SAT/TV,
VHS, Home Theater, CD/cassette stereo , a VHS cassette library or read a book from the small library.

Access to your own very private beach is less than 200 ft. from the loggia as you pass the outdoor shower on the palm lined sand path. Immerse yourself in the warm crystal clear tropical waters, stroll the fine pink sand beaches, or relax in the shade of a Tiki hut, coconut palms or casuarinas as you listen to the breeze wisp by.
